A spacious, self-contained one bed room flat with its own front door, suited to one person or a couple. It features a small kitchen/dining area, cosy double bedroom, shower room, WC and living space. Presented as furnished, there is the option to discuss and adapt furniture to your needs. We are hoping to find someone who will make a good neighbour and who will appreciate the huge garden with pond, little fountain apple trees and swing. Being comfortable with a cat and very occasional visit from a pair of whippets in the main house would be a distinct advantage. Your big items and extra storage can be stored in one of the sheds (told you it's a big garden). A picture paints a thousand words but we don't have any as it is currently being redecorated and I am not in the area but can share some on request once it's ready.
