Hello! My lovely Toronto home is available: October 1 - August 1. The cost is $2500-CAD/month. My unit is the top 2-floors of a shared house (a lovely couple lives below on the ground floor). The top (attic) floor is a large bedroom and the main floor has a living room, office (which could be used as a bedroom), bathroom (shower, bidet, and laundry), and a kitchen. The home is located on a quiet street in a charming neighbourhood with many restaurants, shops, parks, and a weekly farmer's market. It's on the North-South metro line and a convenient commute to downtown, if needed. You'd also be walking distance to the University of Toronto campus, surrounded by sunlight and plants, and have access to the backyard and a private parking spot. This spot is ideal for a single occupant or a couple. Feel free to DM me : )
