Everything is been thought after for you to have a wonderful and relaxing stay and feel home. Custom made furnishings, high end appliances, build in Kitchen. Fully furnished 40 m2. (450 sq. feet) terrace with everything you need to relax. A balcony accessibles from both bedrooms where you can have coffee or just read a book alone. Fully air conditioned and in winter features radiant heating. The new windows are equipped with electric shutters. The building is very nice with open entrance, elevator and a guardian. The famous Flower Market and Old City is 20 minutes stroll on the Promenade. But if you prefer you can take a public bus or a tram to go to Old City. The tram Station Alsace-Lorraine is only 5 minutes walk and will take you directly to the airport (15 minutes) or Famous Place Garibaldi 5 min (where you can taste best seafood and oysters in Le Café de Turin) or next stop The Old Port of Nice, or Port Lympia; Around the port you will find many cafes and restaurants, and next to Castle Hill a whole lot of antique shops. Antique sellers exhibit their goods at the flea market every day (except Mondays, when you can find them at Cours Saleya in the Old Town of Nice). The apartment is designed with love and care as it is our secondary residence. We ask our guests to respect the rules of the residence and treat the apartment as their own Absolutely NO parties allowed. No SMOKING (except on the terrace) Quiet Hours Between 12-2 pm and 10pm-7am The Space: -The apartment features a large open living Room/Dinning Room/Kitchen with a 55'' LG Smart TV which is mounted on the wall and can be rotated 180° so you can comfortably watch it anywhere in the room. The Ligne Roset Cinna round dining table and Chairs can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people. There is a wireless Printer in the cupboard. Most of the lights are dimmable. -The kitchen features a build in full size refrigerator/freezer, Bosch Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher, Siemens Induction Cooktop, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Toaster and Electric kettle. The room is very bright and Sunny with the exposition to the east and has multiple accesses to the terrace. -In the master Bedroom You will find queen size bed (160 cm) with Iconic Kartell Componibili nightstands. The bedroom has custom build in wardrobes and a hidden door to your private bathroom with shower. It also has direct access to the balcony. -The second Bedroom is equipped with Mezzanine bed with a double bed (140x200 cm) on the bottom and a single bed on top (90x200 cm). A large custom wardrobe with sliding doors. The bedroom also has a direct access to the balcony. -Next to the second bedroom there is an entrance to the second bathroom with bathtub. -The apartment is equipped with the laundry cabinet where you will find a full size LG washing machine and Dryer, Iron Board and an Iron. -The terrace features a large sitting area; A dining area with a large table for 6-8 people and a relaxing space with 2 sun beds. There is also a large trunk where you will find beach bag, umbrella, a cooler and beach chairs to take to the beech. -Wireless Internet (Fibre) throughout the apartment
