Five minute walk to one of the best beaches in San Diego, near coffee shops and restaurants. The home is situated close to Windansea beach, with its world-famous surfing, and a short walk to coffee shops and a few restaurants and an equidistant 20 minute walk or few minute drive to bustling La Jolla village and Bird Rock. The home is fully-furnished, well-equipped, with WiFi (including WiFi TV), currently set up as a two bed, two office, two bath but depending on your needs we can discuss converting the two offices to two additional bedrooms. We are a retired couple planning to spend the bulk of next year (2026) slow traveling abroad. We would be happy to rent our home to a responsible adult or small family for a multi-month period, ideally from Jan 3 to the end of August or some substantial portion of that time.
