This past year I bought this charming house in the northern part of Ann Arbor, and have spent the last 6 months updating and renovating it. Due to a change in my work assignment, I can't move in for now and would like to rent it out to a like-minded and caring individual, who will enjoy this almost 100 year old home. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is partially furnished with a queen bed, nightstands, sofas, dining room table and chairs, breakfast bar and high chairs, and a patio table and chairs. Willing to facilitate any other furniture needs.
