I am a Professor at Dalhousie University (Sexton Campus). I always walked to my Dal office from this home. I am on leave until January 2027, and until then I will be spending my time at a country home. This home is actually the one end of a heritage home, which is a 2-unit condo. It is a 3-level building (no basement) on a dead-end street (cul-de-sac). All the other properties on this cul-de-sac are high-end condo units - all 3-levels (row house style).
