I am a local landlord with lots of experience. I live with my family just a few blocks away. I'm very responsive and have dedicated help for any repairs or issues that might arise. We take a lot of pride in our beautiful, historic units, and in keeping good relationships with tenants and guests. Comments: Laundry is just down the block. Excellent central heatpump heat & AC with heads in living room & each bedroom. Second bath is half bath. This unit is middle of three floors, About 6 steps up from ground level.

Comments: High ceilings, tall windows, full eat-in kitchen. This unit shares a private porch w/ the #3 unit. Private, off-street parking included. Heat pump system gives quiet, efficient, clean heat/full AC. Blackout shades/bedrms. Price depends length/season.
