I'm looking for someone friendly and considerate to share my home with. The loft is a private space with its own loo and bath, but the kitchen/living room is a sunny shared space downstairs looking out over a secluded garden.

Comments: I am looking for someone for long term, but I will consider a semester let or possibly shorter. The space has some sloping ceilings. There are lots of veluxes. The space is bright and airy with a great view of the castle.

Comments: There is everything I think you'd expect to find in the shared kitchen. I have a piano that you would be welcome to play and a garden you can share (with table tennis table). There are sports facilities in town and the South Downs 10 mins walk away.

Comments: This private loft space is the whole top floor of my Edwardian house, in a quiet, leafy part of Lewes. There are 2 rooms (12x12ft and 15x5ft approx) and a bathroom. The kitchen and living room downstairs, and the garden, are shared spaces.
