All the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a queen mattress, a lounge/reading chair and a designated area for working. There are territorial views to the West with large deciduous trees, which provide shade and privacy from the street in the summer. The middle bedroom has a full mattress and the East bedroom has a queen mattress. An iron and ironing board are available, as well. BATHROOMS: This home includes 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom is located upstairs and has a claw foot tub for relaxing with a separate shower. The 2nd bathroom is located in the basement and has a deep tub/shower combo. All bathrooms include a hairdryer and there are robes and slippers available for your convenience and comfort. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and cookware for home-cooked meals. A toaster, blender and food processor are included. Enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee by using a drip or espresso combo machine. A French press and pour-over are also available and an electric kettle for your favorite tea. There is a comfy nook area for informal dining/breakfast and extra workspace which accommodates 4 people and a lovely little covered porch and patio off of the kitchen to enjoy warm summer mornings and evenings. Enjoy your favorite book in the hammock or cozy up to a backyard chiminea on a summer evening. LIVING & DINING ROOM: Relax in the living room next to a cozy gas fireplace, turn on your favorite music via the Bluetooth speaker or stream a movie on the large Sony Smart TV with High-speed internet. Views to the West garden are through this window. The ample dining table seats up to 8 people comfortably. Room for guests! Also, a small area off of the dining room gives inspiration to an evening cocktail or morning newspaper read. There is a view to the back garden to the East from this window. BASEMENT & LAUNDRY AREA: The basement has an extra rec room to lounge, play games, practice yoga or work. There is a Smart TV to enjoy, games and books. An extra fun room for kids to play and hang-out or a quiet spot for adults! There are two fold-down (single size) couches for extra sleeping spots.
