Description
We are professors looking for a neat and clean tenant(s) who will take advantage of proximity to Dartmouth and/or DHMC, be gentle to the house, and allow for one of us to use the upstairs bedroom during Dartmouth's winter and spring quarters and make light use of the kitchen as needed. Tenant will rent whole house except the upstairs bedroom. Tenant may negotiate use of the car in the garage and/or use the additional garage bay. Can send more photos upon inquiry.
