Cheerful, comfy, warm (& cool) apartment in awesome Toronto neighbourhood

Toronto is a really great place to be and our lovely apartment puts you in the best spot to really experience this city. Right by the water to the south, you can take long walks or take your bike, roller blades etc. The bike trail offers a very lovely east west commuter corridor. Speaking of which, you are literally a few minutes to the Gardiner Expressway, which will get you to Pearson Airport in 20 minutes. You could actually walk to Billy Bishop Airport (40 minutes). But no one does that. Take a cab. It'll get you there in 15. Our apartment straddles three very distinct equally interesting neighbourhoods-Parkdale/Little Tibet just to the north, Liberty Village to the east and Ronsecvalles Village to the west. Parkdale and Little Tibet cohabitate along Queen West West. So you have this great mix of Tibetan cafes and restaurants and hipster bars, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries and boutiques. Parkdale has always been a working class neighbourhood and it wears that identity proudly. There's some excellent corner grocers and cheap eats abound. Liberty Village, just to the east of Cowan Ave is a former industrial area with many choc-a-block with repurposed warehouse buildings and newer builds. It is an interesting mix of residential and information/knowledge employment. Further west is Roncesvalles Village which is an old Polish neighbourhood that has increasingly gone more and more upscale. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. There is a public library at the top of our street, and the lake is at the bottom. You are minutes to various modes of public transportation. Walking distance to the CNE, Budweiser Stadium and BMO Field. Several elementary and highschools in the community and you are 20 minutes on public transit to UofT.
