Three furnished rooms available in 3 BR/2 two bathrooms in quiet, elegant Edwardian house in Central Berkeley. Owner lives onsite. Seeking three (3) quiet, financially-responsible, independent, courteous tenants, focused on studying, one( 1) for each room. Not seeking party-loving renters. No overnight stays or all-day visitors. Owner maintains a peaceful, tranquil environment First floor: Share well-equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, utensils and dishes), downstairs bathrooms, shared coin-operated laundry room with leased machines. Comfortable and serene living room with TV, formal dining room. Second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2nd bathroom Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed with desk, chair, closet, dresser, bookshelf, laundry basket, air purifier and skylight. Room darkening shades and silken draperies. Monthly rent is $1875 with sec. deposit of $1875. Bedroom 2 has twin bed, many windows, desk/chair, closet, dresser, air purifier, laundry basket, room-darkening shades and silk draperies. Rent is $1725 per month, security deposit $1725.
