We are looking for a family to rent our light filled 3 bedroom house in coburg for 6-12+ months. We are hoping to rent it out semi furnished but can work with you. The house is great if you have kids as we have two! Massive backyard with trampoline and cubby house. We are close to plenty of schools, walking distance (5 or so mins) to Nicholson St and Sydney Rd trams and max 10 minute walk to Merri Creek trail. A 20 min drive to Melbourne University, La trobe University, RMIT and ACU.
