We are renting our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath penthouse apartment, fully renovated and equipped, modern kitchen, large bathroom with freestanding tub and XL-shower, sunroom that can be used as playroom or art studio, balcony. Located in Mondsee, a lake town just 20 min. from Salzburg. Public transportation available. Walk to shopping, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and the lakefront for swimming, sailing, water skiing, and more. Hiking, golf at your fingertips. World class ski resorts within an hour's drive. We love our home and so will you! I worked at the University of Salzburg and the FH Salzburg in Kuchl and currently work at a university in the USA. Sleeps 6. It is a walk up into the third floor. Tons of storage in the apartment, large closets, more storage for sports equipment or strollers also on the top floor (nobody else lives on the top floor). Bike storage on the first floor.
