Description
This is a newly renovated basement apartment, very large space with exposed brick walls and pipes, wood floorboards. Cozy in the winter, cool in the summer, and quiet all year round. VERY close to campus. Ideally, I am looking for a longer term renter, one semester or longer. I can probably provide any furniture or appliances you need, if they are not already in the apartment. Bed options are single bed with boxspring, mattress, and frame (as pictured); or double mattress, or double and single mattress together on a low frame (the last tenants had this configuration pushed together as a big bed, larger than a queen, but smaller than a king). If this explanation is confusing - all you need to know is there are different bed size options! Also - the desk looks small in the photo, but it's very large, almost 5 feet long and 3 feet wide. Kitchen includes a large and new toaster oven, and 2 burner induction stove.

Comments: Large, furnished, Annex apartment, 2 blocks from University of Toronto. Rent includes internet, laundry facilities, and utilities. Basement. New bathroom and kitchenette; separate entrance. Very quiet, close to stores, parks, public transit.
