Furnished two bedroom home for a couple or family needing an awesome, comfortable furnished place for 3-12 months. Ideal for someone on sabbatical or new to the city. Main bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom a twin sized captain’s bed with trunnel (additional bed pulls out when needed). Best suited to couple with 1 child, but 2 children could share the second bedroom. Ground floor of a heritage-era home. Brick walls, stained glass, and large wood beams reflect the 1911 charm of the larger house. Owners live above. We are a couple with two university aged children. One lives at home the other attends school in Montreal. Owners both grew up in academic families who took sabbaticals (Athens, Oxford, Canberra, Hobart respectively). One owner has PhD (Arizona ‘99) but no longer works in academia.
