I am a professor with a disability and I look forward to meeting you and prefer to communicate via phone. We are travelling for several months up to a year. Looking for a very clean, responsible, and quiet person. Quiet hours in my building are from 8pm to 10am. This is a gorgeous 1 bdr apt with spectacular views of SF and the Berkeley hills in a quiet multimillion dollar residential neighborhood in Elmwood, Berkeley yet just minutes to UC Berkeley campus, BART, and organic grocery stores, coffee shops, post office, movie theatre, and restaurants. Great for Visiting Professors, post-docs, or graduate students. It is my home and price simply covers basic fixed costs imcluding rent, Wifi and gas/electric.
