Two Rooms in Charming, Light Filled Apartment

I am a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Art and Art History Department at UConn looking for a roommate to share an apartment I am about to sign a lease on. This is my second year at UConn so I am somewhat familiar with the area. You would have a bedroom and adjoining workroom, my bedroom and workroom are located on the second floor of the apartment. We would share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. I have a cat who is very sweet and would most likely love to be your friend :) The photos don't really do the place justice, it's a lovely, spacious and sunny apartment. If you like charming details and lots of light, then this is the place for you. The apartment is unfurnished as of yet. I am happy to take care of furnishings for common areas, unless you have things you'd like to bring in which case I'm happy to discuss. You would be responsible for furnishing your private spaces. I am a 39 year old painter, I love all things art related including visual art, literature, film, etc. I enjoy nature and am hoping to explore the surrounding trails more this year. I am generally relaxed, friendly and neat. I would love to find another VAP, new faculty member, or a mature grad student to share with. If you're looking for a calm, warm environment for the year this would be a great fit for you.
