I am looking for a quiet, respectful, and neat family who will take excellent care of my home and furnishings. I've put a lot of care and effort into creating a space I love, and it';s important to me that it's treated with the same respect and attention. Having said that, I truly hope you'll enjoy hosting and cooking in the spacious chef's kitchen, and making good use of the large dinning table- it comfortably seats up to 12. The back yard also has a Weber grill, perfect for meals and relaxing outdoors.

Comments: My home is a 10-minutes walk from Pratt Institute, Fort Greene Park and some of the most delicious award-winning restaurants in Brooklyn. It's also just a 30-minutes subway ride to the universities in Downtown Manhattan, and Union Square.
