The other two bedrooms are good-sized and well appointed and comfortable. There are two full bathrooms as well as a half bathroom on the other side of the house. The family room is massive with two built-in yet movable desks, more storage and and a large TV. The laundry room is big and bright and tons of built-in storage as well as a built in desk so it can double as an office space or crafting area. The private outdoor living space is sublime with an established, fruit-giving loquat tree, as well as a newer fig tree and various citrus trees. The over-sized shaded patio is outdoor living at its best with a newer grill, built-in fireplace, hand-painted tiles and super comfy outdoor furniture. We are looking for a quiet couple/family to spend time in our very precious home. We are away for the next year or two and want to be sure that whoever stays loves it as much as we do.
