About Me & What I'm Looking For in a Tenant: I’m an artist/designer and Professor at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I use this 3-bedroom condo as my studio, and I'm looking for a quiet, respectful tenant to share the space with. The master bedroom is already rented, and the tenants will share the kitchen and a dedicated dining area in my studio space. The apartment is located in a modern Bauhaus-style highrise, right at Osterman Beach. There's also a shared back patio with all tenants and owners, plus a laundry room in the basement (paid). I’m a quiet person, and I’m seeking a tenant who values peace and respects shared spaces.
