Aaron and Hillary's dad have a shop there and it's unavaible to tenants. Mulligan's Bar is behind the rental, facing 3rd Street, and we rarely hear any bar patrons from the house, even when their patio is busy. The house is surrounded by bushes, trees and shrubs, so it's very private and quiet.
