Our beautiful fully-furnished 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house sits on a quiet country lane with only a couple of other houses, none of which are visible in the summer. The house has a glorious, spring-fed 16-foot deep swim pond, a vegetable garden, large flower beds and eleven acres of land surrounded by forests. The chef's kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and all needed cooking implements, including a rice cooker. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a queen sleeper sofa, a couple of daybeds, and a trundle bed, the house can comfortably sleep up to 13 people. It is air-conditioned and well-heated and insulated in the winter, with a wood-burning fireplace. We are particularly looking to exchange the place for a flat in Paris in the summers of 2026 and 2027.
