Large historic family home with garden walking distance to University of Chicago. Great for kids with table tennis, pool table and croquet in the large garden. Walking distance to Kenwood Academy and the University's Lab School as well as restaurants and shops. 10min walk to the lake and very close to park with tennis and more. On the third floor is a separate apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. We are open to renting the whole house or --for a lower rent-- just the first two floors (which have 3 bedrooms) and us using the top floor when we are in town.
