1920s Bungalow, Walking Distance to U of A Campus & Dickson Street

My house is a quite lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow dating from the 1920s, on a little curve of a street at the base of Mount Sequoya. It's a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and, crucially, one can walk to campus every day (I'd guess you're familiar with the tremendous cost and inconvenience of parking on a campus). There is on-street parking, off-street parking, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, and sunroom, front & back-yard, porch with swing and Adirondack chair. My dates can be pretty flexible, but I would prefer a minimum of an 1 semester (sixteen weeks).
