Our house is located in a calm neighbourhood in Copenhagen with direct access to the city centre, urban parks, and the city’s universities. Set over three floors and with a private garden, our place offers a peaceful atmosphere, wooden floors, and personal touches throughout. It’s ideal for solo travellers, couples, or families for short or longer staying in a green yet well-connected part of the city. Downstairs, you’ll find a cosy living area with a large dining table, a bright workspace studio annex (ideal for reading, writing or remote work), and direct access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom overlooks the garden and catches the morning light. The smaller bedroom can be arranged as a single room or workspace depending on your needs. The garden is a lovely green area with a terrace to eat outside, read, or just enjoy the quiet surroundings. It's located in front of a green corridor that connects Copenhagen’s harbour with the lakes and open spaces to the north, making it easy to walk, run or cycle through the city on traffic-free routes. Perfect for visiting scholars, the townhouse has quick public transport links to the University of Copenhagen (KU), Copenhagen Business School (CBS), IT University of Cph (ITU), Aalborg University Copenhagen and even DTU via train and metro. Hvidovre Station is within walking distance, and buses run frequently nearby. You’re also within cycling distance of Frederiksberg, Vesterbro, and the city centre. The house is fully furnished and well equipped for longer stays. There’s fast Wi-Fi, bookshelves, and a peaceful atmosphere that many guests have found ideal for focused work or rest. We’re also happy to share local tips for parks, bakeries, cafés, and quiet spots nearby.
