My wife and I have designed and built a single level custom home located on our private property in central Boulder. The home very private and has tons of character. We subscribe to the philosophy that if we do all we can to meet our tenant's needs they will be happy and stay for a while. The home is perfect for active adults, seniors, working professionals, grad students and the like. We are looking for someone who is responsible and who will take care of the home as if it was their own. Once you meet us and see the home you will love it.
