We are offering a room in our small cozy home for a reliable renter who is willing to house-share for the months of July - September. The 1200 ft house, built in 1920’s, is located on a quiet street in Regent Square right next to one of Pittsburgh beautiful wooded parks, Frick Park. Restaurants and bus stops are five blocks away. Our home is all electric home with solar panels (tied to grid). Utilities are included in the rent. Street parking. EV charging is available. On the 1st floor: Living room with TV, dining room, small fully equipped kitchen, front and back porches are covered, charcoal grill available. On the 2nd floor: a bedroom, bathroom w tub/shower In the basement: Washing machine, dryer, an exercise area.
