Room is furnished with a queen bed (brand new mattress purchased in 2024), adjustable standing desk, lounge chair, small bookcase, and double closets. House comes with kitchen, dining area, den (basement level), living room (1st floor), 2nd-floor laundry, rec room (attic level), and back deck with small lawn. Renter will also have 1 driveway parking space. House is on a quiet street, and the backyard abuts a golf course. It is located very close to I-95, multiple shopping/grocery options, and nearby parks/walking trails. I am an owner-occupant renting to one (1) pre-/postdoctoral fellow or visiting faculty at colleges/universities in the area. Quiet but conversational nonsmoking professionals are desired. SEPTA service is available nearby, but a vehicle is ideal for traveling to Center City or University City.
