Large Hollywood Hills home with spectacular views, high end furnishings and extensive multilevel gardens available April through June of 2026, with a one month minimum stay. The home is furnished with antiques and pictures, so probably less suitable for very small children but pets are negotiable. The neighborhood is prime Hollywood Hills, near the freeway and downtown but quiet and safe. Outpost estates above the Hollywood Bowl. There is an extensive multi level garden, with pathways and fountains, mature trees and always blooming landscape. No pool. We have a housekeeper and gardener, both coming once a week. We have a car available. There is garage parking and plenty of available street parking for guests. You can walk to downtown Hollywood and the Hollywood Bowl. Driving needed for UCLA, USC or CAL POLY; all about 20 minutes away without traffic ( which is rare! ). There's a gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for serious cooks. Three bedrooms and three and a half baths, although we use one of the bedrooms for an office. It has a single bed. The other two are with a king and a queen. There are two extensive attached terraces, both with amazing views of downtown Hollywood, and beyond to the Los Angeles skyline and Long Beach in the distance. We've been in the neighborhood for 25 years and all our current neighbors are considerate, professional and friendly.
