Peaceful two-story garden guesthouse on a historic Venice walkstreet

My husband and I are both retired attorneys (the nice kind). We travel a good deal. We have a golden-doodle dog and a desert tortoise who roam the property. Our guesthouse which is immediately adjacent to our home is two-stories, Upstairs is bright and sunny with the bedroom/living room open floor plan with attached bathroom. There is a gas fireplace and a desk. The living room space which is quite large overlooks the garden. Downstairs is the kitchen that opens onto a private patio. There is also a beautiful garden that is available for your use (shared with us when we are around). The walkstreet is peaceful and quiet and prior guests have described the space as a sanctuary. The washer/dryer are in the garage which is accessed through the downstairs. We have bicycles and helmets for your use. We're looking for short-term or mid-range term visitors who will be respectful of the space which is newly and lovingly remodeled.
