A 5 minute walk to the Santa Fe River Trail & hillside dog park. A 7 minute drive to downtown. Or, walk to the Plaza along the river trail (25 mins) or by bicycle (10-13 mins). Clean and clutter free. Healthy plants throughout! 100% smoke free environment. The kitchen has tile counter tops, efficient gas stove, dishwasher, custom cabinets and modern appliances. Everything you need to cook delicious meals. Master bedroom has french doors to the backyard and large skylight. And, a high quality queen bed mattress. The second bedroom is bright and has a full-size bed and a skylight as well as a long desk, closet, etc. **This room is often used as an office * Note: The backyard stand alone, 100 sq ft. (11' ceilings) casita, with a separate entrance and pirvacy fence, might be rented to one person during your stay but you are also welcome to inquire with me about renting it along with the main house. The casita has its own full bathroom, kitchenette and sleeping loft (3'ft headspace). Also wonderful as an office with highspeed Wifi.
