There are a few steps from the entrance to the lift, but you can take the elevator directly to our apartment. Hot water is available year-round, and heat is controlled from the apartment. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the home. Linens and towels will be provided. About the Flat There are two rooms: Room 1: This room features a king-size bed, two reading lamps, a dressing area, a shower, and a sink. A ceiling fan provides comfort during hot summer days. Room 2: This room contains a bunk bed, with the top sleeping two and the bottom a futon for one. It belongs to my son and is filled with wonderful children's books and toys. Living Room: Divided into two sections, the back area features large desks and chairs for a home office, along with a cozy reading chair. The other side offers a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed for two, a mid-century modern sideboard, and an antique lamp, all enhanced by air conditioning. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all essential appliances. Bathroom: Complete with a bathtub, showerhead, toilet, bidet, and sink, designed for convenience. There is only one air conditioner in the living room and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. I can provide a standalone fan. The flat is on the top floor of the building so that it will get hot in the summer. Come and enjoy our beautiful home, embracing the tranquility and charm of Roman living like a true local!
