I am a History Professor currently on sabbatical in Japan looking for tenants for my apartment in Valencia. The apartment is in a 1930s building and has recently been redesigned by an Italian architect based in Valencia. It comprises a large open space including living area, kitchen, and dining room. It also enjoys double aspect views, and a veranda which we have converted into an office/artist's space with a view over a large enclosed garden. The bedroom is separate from the main living area and is quiet and secluded with a double bed. Close to all the trendy bars and restaurants of central Valencia, and to the Turia river park, the apartment is also quiet and in a residential area. The tram for Malvarosa beach is just behind the apartment (less than 5 minutes walk) and the nearest metro stations are Turia, Alameda e Benimaclet. Ideal for shorter and long-term stays, this is a perfect apartment for someone who wishes to work or study, but who also wants to go out in the evenings or go to the beach.
