Steps away from the University of Toronto! Bright 1 bedroom in the Annex by Spadina & College. Steps away from UoT & the 510 streetcar. There are hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows in the living room. As well, the bedroom features both a ‘ground floor’ queen bed, and a loft double bed. There is a parking space for you, as well as a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement. I am asking for $1600 which includes water and Internet, and you also pay hydro. I am also open to subleasing at a weekly rate. I am away on a research trip for the last half of June followed by all of July and August. I have a friend in the building that can provide on-site assistance.
