Description
I received my MA in archaeology at NAU in early 1990s and have lived here since late 1980s. I've lived in my current home since 2005. Married, no kids. Love the great outdoors. The studio is above us so we are looking for one person, or a couple who lives a more quiet life-style. Visiting professors, higher education students (masters/PhD) would be ideal.

Comments: Renter is allowed one vehicle no larger than 191" Long x 76" Wide x 72" High. Free parking is available in our home block. From Nov. 1 to Apr. 1 there is no parking on the streets. Parking will be provided at the back of the house.

Comments: The studio is quiet, comfortable for a couple, and is awesome for one person. There is new flooring and a new refrigerator, and a full bathroom with a bath tub. The washer and dryer are on the first floor and is shared with home owners downstairs.

Comments: The studio is located above a historic home. The entrance to the studio is in the back of the house. It is quiet, and has a peaceful feel to it. It is very spacious with new ac, and it's all yours - no sharing anything but the washer and dryer.
