I am looking for reliable, respectful, easy to get along with renters. You will have the entire upstairs of the home locked to the downstairs. The lower floor of the house is a separate suite where I reside half-time. Our suites have separate entrances at the front and back of the house and separate outdoor areas. The upstairs suite is bright, with garden views and some views to the mountains. The house features original hardwood floors in most areas. Kitchen is deluxe with granite countertops, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice machine, and all the kitchen amenities you need. The bathroom features a soaker tub with grab bar, shower, granite countertop with sink, and toilet. Large bright living room and dining room look out to the front garden. Ample closet space in every room, as well as hallways closets for linens, coats, and cleaning supplies. There are 2 bedrooms and an office. Open to families and to small pets. This is a perfect location for people working at or studying at UBC, or downtown, who love to bike, take transit, or walk as it's such a great location. I am a retiree who resides part-time in Vancouver and part-time on Vancouver Island where my grandkids live. I love to cycle and hike, and enjoy all the natural beauty Vancouver has to offer. I have lived in Vancouver for 55 years so I have a lot of knowledge about the city, parks, hiking trails, local attractions and cycling routes. Sometimes my family will come to visit me in Vancouver and bring their kids and dogs.
