It features 2 comfortable queen bedrooms (one with an additional twin), a 3rd bedroom which accommodates one twin bed all with lovely views, 4th very large queen bedroom available for additional fee. Two full bathrooms (one shower/tub and one walk-in shower both with bidet commodes. A fully equipped open kitchen and large open dining for 8 and living rooms with one upright and one baby grand piano which all together can easily host 20 adults for academic, readings, lectures and musical performances, family celebrations and professional meetings. IDEAL GUESTS: We are considering reunions, visiting faculty, post docs, graduate students, professionals with working relationships with Cornell University and Ithaca College, medical and other professionals, and family members who want to visit their Cornell and/or Ithaca College student(s). Our preference would be to invite outstanding people who are creative, empathetic, kind, wise, who actively (hands-on engagement) and positively contribute to their communities. LOCATION: Practically situated on the Cornell Campus (700 flat walking steps away) and does not require a vehicle to access almost any part of the university**** or dining in College Town (1150 steps downhill), easily accessed by walking or a bus stop 1 block away, though there is parking for up to 4 cars and off street parking as well. ***Core aspects of the campus can be reached by easy flat walks, (700 steps from the Cascadilla Gorge and stadium, 900 steps from the computer science and engineering buildings, 1000 steps from the Statler Hotel and 1400 steps from the center of Cornell's quad). —————————————— AVAILABLE FOR: Short-term academic rental, visiting scholars, or family stays during events (including graduation).
