This flat would be ideally suited to a person or couple working at any London University site as it is very well connected for transport and a 15 minute bus to main UCL campus. The flat is beside Kentish Town High Street, a short bus from Hampstead Heath, Kentish Town pool and sports Centre is just across the road and I use it daily. There are plenty of restaurants etc. nearby at Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Hampstead all a 10-20 minute walk away. The building is a landmark building converted in 2004 by Allies and Morrison -its a well designed environment - with interesting professional community and full time building manager which helps with deliveries, maintenance etc. any issues are instantly dealt with which is great. The flat has a hallway, 2 bathrooms, one with Japanese bath, 2nd bathroom with shower off main bedroom. The kitchen was installed 4 years ago and has electric hob, oven etc. - it is small but well designed. There is tv, internet and a turntable. Outside the flat on one side is a communal garden and on the other a courtyard that runs off the main entrance. There is parking underneath, I park my car there and would leave it parked or it could be available to rent for the period as needed. There is efficient heating but can cost £200 pm in Winter if you use it all day. Additional costs are water £45pm, electricity and gas approx £200 pm, council tax £200 pm.
