A short bus ride to Cornell or Ithaca College (see more below). The apartment overlooks the waterfront of Six Mile Creek. The apartment itself is in a quiet triplex on a residential street and overlooks the picturesque Six Mile Creek. Two short blocks walk to the Ithaca Public Library - a community favorite spot and a great place to study or write. By the library you'll also find a central bus stop with busses everywhere - not just to Cornell, but to Ithaca College (8 min, 6 stops), box stores, etc. Some people choose to get a bike while staying in this location: biking is a very convenient way to get around town and it's a 10 min bike ride from the apartment to the center of Cornell campus. Rent is based on the length of your stay. A 12-month lease is $1100/month. 6-9 months is $1350. 1-5 month stays are 1500/month. Heat, electricity, and water are included. For short stays, internet and garbage pickup are included as well. The studio is zoned for 1 person only. Laundromat conveniently located on the same block (1 minute away). Please be aware that the studio is on the second floor, so there are stairs (if you have mobility restrictions).
