Looking for single or couple to enjoy our shared but totally separate and private home on the ocean. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sparkling new with all top quality furnishings and finishes. Guest reviews : I am writing to share my wholehearted recommendation for the guest suite I rented in Victoria for the past three months. My stay was truly exceptional in every way. The suite itself is stunning — bright, airy, and beautifully designed, with an abundance of windows and skylights that fill the space with natural light. The ocean and beach views from the bedroom are breathtaking; I even had the joy of watching whales swim by on several occasions. The décor is tasteful and thoughtfully curated, reflecting the owner’s excellent style and attention to detail. Both beds are extremely comfortable, and the layout of the suite makes it equally ideal for work and relaxation. I worked from home during my stay, and the dedicated workspace overlooking the ocean made each day inspiring and productive. The bedroom includes two cozy chairs and a bookshelf, creating a wonderful spot for reading or simply enjoying the view. The modern kitchen—with a gas stove and quality finishes—was a pleasure to cook in. The neighbourhood is peaceful, friendly, and without question one of the best locations in Victoria. It offered both serenity and stunning natural surroundings while still being close to everything I needed. Perkins. Review 2: Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Laurie Anne and Richard were exceptional hosts who made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. We were new to the area, and they took the time to show us so many great things to see and do around Victoria, which made settling in so much easier. The suite sits right above the beach with a stunning ocean view directly from the bedroom. It was peaceful, quiet, and truly beautiful. We also had the chance to spend days on a secluded beach right next to the house, which made the stay feel even more special. It was so relaxing and welcoming that I genuinely never wanted to leave. During the booking process there was on-going communication, in a timely fashion, between the owner and ourselves. The owners are a very thoughtful couple who treated us like special guests. The waterfront location can’t be beat. It is the perfect place to relax in the winter months and watch the storms, or enjoy the solitude on a sunny day. The property is in very close proximity to downtown Victoria, and Oak Bay. Another plus is the ability to walk from the property along the waterfront in James Bay. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated with everything you can need. The unit was spotlessly clean, and brand new. The principal bedroom faces out to the ocean, hovering above the beach. In this room you can cozy up in comfy chairs and read a book, or spend hours watching waves, ships, sea lions or whales. Off the primary bedroom is a fabulous bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. In the living room, adjacent to the kitchen there is a spacious couch where you can watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. There is parking in the driveway for the renter. You even have your own mailbox !!! It was great value for the location and a beautiful unit.
