Comfortable family flat in fantastic neighborhood in Paris

We are university professors with two children (11 and 9). We will be in Spain (Barcelona) in the 2026-2027 academic year and would like to rent our flat in central Paris. Our second-floor flat has two bedrooms and a large, open, living area and kitchen, making it a welcoming space. The building is a very well maintained 1930's building. Located at the edge of the Butte aux Cailles, a vibrant village-like neighborhood in the heart of Paris. Within the immediate vicinity you will find many bars and restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cheese shops, groceries, etc. The neighborhood is particularly family-friendly, with many parks and green spaces, libraries, and schools within easy walking distance. Despite being in a vibrant neighborhood, our street is quiet. It is 3 minutes from the line 6 metro station Corvisart. The Place d’Italie metro station (lines 5, 6, and 7) is 10 minutes away. Within a 15 minute walk you can reach the Chinese neighborhood, or Rue Mouffetard and the Pantheon. Many universities are within a short bus, metro, or bicycle ride.
