I'm a NYC Native relocated to the west coast. I'm a director and public speaker and I travel a lot for work and know the benefits of a well apportioned home away from home full of warmth and space to entertain and just be rather than an anonymous hotel room. I'm spending increasing amounts of time out of LA -- my partner and I have a second home in Santa Barbara county which is becoming our primary base -- so keen to have a thoughtful tenant take care of "nuestra casita" in Silver Lake.

I am looking for help while I am away
I would like help with mail and deliveries
I leave the key to the mailbox on a tray in the living room. Once a week, if you would kindly empty the mailbox and keep my mail aside, that would be appreciated so the mailbox doesn't overflow.
I would like help with plants or garden
please water the houseplants and the patio plants once a week.

Comments: Laundry is shared with residents of the 3 unit building behind ours. There is a flight of stairs to the front door, but the back door - which is adjacent to the driveway - has just one step up.
