Renovated Family Home, 3-bedroom+ office, on Toronto's West Side

Welcome to Brockton Village/Little Portugal/Dundas West, the coolest neighbourhood in Toronto! We are renting out our fully furnished family home for 3 weeks, from June 26 to July 17 2026. These dates overlap with the FIFA World Cup in Toronto. Whether you're attending FIFA games, renovating your home, or just visiting the city, we offer a perfect place to stay for a family or group of friends. This is a three-storey home with three bedrooms plus a large, airy, beautifully renovated attic room currently used as an office/art studio. The first floor is open concept. Living room (complete with drop-down projector for movie nights) has two couches, one of which opens into a comfortable queen bed for weekend visitors; fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, brand new fridge, and every cooking appliance you might need; and an eating area with a table that fits 4-6 people comfortably. The kitchen opens out into our deck and backyard. So good for outdoor entertaining! On the second floor are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, spacious closet system, and small desk, plus two large windows. The two others bedrooms are set up for children, each with a single bed (crib featured in the photo has been replaced with a single bed, but we do have a travel crib you can use if you need one). The second floor features one bathroom, which is snug but we can promise the shower pressure is amazing. On the third floor is a super spacious, bright studio space with a large sit-or-stand desk and a computer monitor for your use. It is an amazing place to work, do yoga, make art, etc. The home is in Brockton Village, a beautiful community within the larger Little Portugal neighbourhood, on the West side of downtown Toronto. We are steps away from the Dundas and College streetcars, ten minutes from the Queen streetcar, and a minute away from the Lansdowne bus, which will take you to the subway in five minutes (or it’s a 18-minute walk to the subway). Very close to Roncesvalles, for amazing bespoke groceries and bakeries, Ossington to the east, Parkdale and Queen W to the south. Commute to University of Toronto, OCADU, and TMU takes about 30 minutes, much shorter if you bike. Our home has a Walk Score of 94 out of 100, making it a Walker's Paradise, so daily errands do not require a car. On-street parking available with a permit from the City of Toronto. We're a pleasant walk or easy bus ride from the Toronto Stadium for World Cup games. Within two blocks of our home is a giant No Frills grocery store/pharmacy, an amazing ice cream shop, pasta shop, many cafes and countless restaurants, bars, and vintage clothing stores. There are many parks, playgrounds, a pool, and a recreation centre with a gym within an 8-minute walk. The area is busy and fun at all hours, but the street itself is very quiet and serene. If you are visiting with children, we’re happy to share all of our toys, children’s bikes and scooters, and other kiddie amenities with you, but we’re also happy to tuck them away if you do not need them and make the space more adult-only. Can potentially loan our adult bicycles as well. We are hoping to rent to someone for three consecutive weeks, from June 26 to July 17.
