We love our home in Shepherd Park DC and are looking for a great family to occupy it while we spend a sabbatical year overseas. This home is fully furnished and close to public transportation, but also has a spacious yard, ample room for a large family and offices. The first floor includes: living room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, playroom, and two offices. The second floor includes: 3 full bathrooms, 4 large bedrooms. The third floor includes: 1/2 bath and open bedroom / office / workout room. The basement includes: studio bedroom + den and full bath (in-law or au pair suite).
