Very Clean Modern European Style In-Law Unit. Stylized compact basement unit w/4 windows, kitchenette, shower w/Jacuzzi tub, one queen bed, HW floors, Italian tiles. Private entry, tropical yard w/outdoor Jacuzzi & fire pit. Free WiFi (1 GB Fiber - fastest possible). Small space but well organized; Ideal for visiting scholars, family of UC students. Transportation is very easy by bus, Bart, car, and foot. Non-smokers only. You are always greeted with goodies; bottle of wine, and chocolates.
