The apartment has three bedrooms or two bedrooms and an office, two balconies, and two bathrooms (a shower and bathtub). The house was built in 2017. It is very quiet, and there are many families in the house. The surroundings are very green with many parks and are very quiet. It is nevertheless close to all the vibrant areas of the city (Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Friedrichshain). Supermarkets, playgrounds, schools, and kindergartens are closeby. There is a parking garage for bikes. A bus station and an S-Bahn station (Treptower Park) are also very close. It is perfect apartment for a family on sabbitacal. We are moving for one year for a Fellowship at Harvard in Boston and are looking for another family to stay in our beautiful apartment.

Comments: The area is nice and quiet, close to many parks (Treptower Park, Görlitzer Park) and the canal. Nice cafès, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and playgrounds are within walking distance. Available S-Bahn and bus lines.
