We have lived in our three-story home for the past 4 years. During this time we have extensively renovated it. The kitchen, full bathroom, and third floor study are brand new. The entire rest of the house has been painted and updated. It is perfect for a family with children. The main floor hosts a large sunny playroom/mudroom with huge windows, there is a powder room off the playroom, the kitchen has an induction oven, stainless steel and energy efficient appliances and was entirely renovated by our designer and home contract team. The home has hardwood floors throughout along with huge rugs. The dining room with a table for 6 plus is off the kitchen and offers huge windows overlooking the yard. The family room has an electric piano along with a beautiful seating area and more windows. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one is large and two are medium. Two contain a queen bed and one contains a double bed. The full bathroom upstairs was also completely renovated by our contractor and design team. There is a desk in the master bedroom and all of the bedrooms have large windows as well as custom made blackout honeycomb window treatments. There are closets and dressers in all of the bedrooms. The third floor is a study we designed as a beautiful 800 square foot workspace. We affectionately call it the "aerie". There is a desk, table, chairs, and a reading nook along with bookshelves, recessed lighting, floor laps, laminate wood flooring and area rugs. The house has central AC, basement laundry with washer and dryer, driveway parking, and an electric vehicle charger in the driveway.
