Student Apartment located in the ancient Borgo Gessaiolo, ancient Selenite quarries of Bologna. There are 40 houses in the Borgo. The apartment is designed with state of the art LED lighting and modern fixtures along with an eclectic touch of the antique: bareel vaulted ceilings and wooden celing beam. You will feel the good energy in this home with the thick selenite walls. Original Art work by owner Maria Moscato is on display. There is parking for anyone who wants to get a scooter or car. I also provide a mountain bike. To get to the city center there is a bus that goes two directions to get to the major roads of Via Murri and Via Toscana. I have had students with cars that never used them as they preferred to walk down the hill and hop on the major bus line 13 to get downtown. A realistic drive time is 7 minutes to the city walls where you can park and walk right in. A realistic bus time is bus 51 (leaving every hour)- 10 minutes down to via Murri and you can walk 10 minutes into the center (Porta Santo Stefano). Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while being near the city. We have parks walking distance. Dog owner's will enjoy the surrounding paradise. We have major supermarkets and stored 5 minutes away by car. The landlors live in the apartment above and will be able to help out with any needs quickly.
