Description
We are the owners of the building and live downstairs. I am an artist and my husband a film maker. We are looking for stable and quiet tenants with good references and solid professional careers . Our relationships with tenants over the years has been extremely cordial and in some cases led to long standing friendships. We do not have unreasonable expectations of tenants other than paying the rent on time and taking good care of the apartment.

This said it is a quiet, very diverse and safe landmark protected neighborhood with every possible amenity (shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacy, bookstores etc.) in walking distance. Great for couples or small families with young children. The 850 square foot upstairs rental is divided into a living/kitchen area, master bedroom, guest room/office, bathroom. Sunny, with hardwood floors and windows in every room.

Comments: Great laundromat on the corner of our street. Coffee bar next door. Rolo's a highly reviewed restaurant across the street (with others nearby) and a wine and cheese bar on the next corner. Pet store is two blocks away. All other amenities close by.
